Machine Perfusion
Machine perfusion is a promising technique in organ transplantation to reduce delayed graft function (DGF). It involves using specialized devices to circulate oxygenated blood or preservation solution through the organ, providing essential nutrients and oxygen. This technology improves organ preservation, assessment, and viability before transplantation, helping to enhance organ quality, reduce DGF risk, and improve patient outcomes post-transplant.

Early Allograft Dysfunction Datasets
Below are a list of curated datasets that examine transcriptomic changes across organs with primary non-function or early allograft dysfunction. In this curated set, we include data from early and pre-transplant samples, where patients had delayed graft function or different phenotypes of early acute rejection.

Machine Perfusion Datasets
Below are a list of curated datasets that examine transcriptomic changes across organs due to normothermic machine perfusion (NMP). We also include data for users interested in exploring changes that occur before and after NMP, as well as other datasets examining NMP-related injuries.

Rejection Datasets
Below are a list of curated datasets that examine transcriptomic changes in organs experiencing rejection compared to otherwise stably functioning grafts. You can select the datasets you are interested in and download them for further analysis. Note some studies included multiple phenotypes of rejection in one study. We have chosen to seperate these into seperate datasets allowing users to explore the data easier.
